To follow the pushing/pulling and introduction/release of preload of wales of a movable strut timbering, dispense with being detached from the strut timbering, immediately erect an earth retaining timbering, and to introduce preload to a corner part of the earth retaining wall in a corner angle brace for a slidable strut timbering in the underground skeleton construction method.
This corner angle brace strut erecting device 7 is so constituted that a horizontally extendable telescope type extension member 30 composed of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder and a preload jack 31 for introducing preload to the earth retaining wall are serially connected together and diagonally disposed in the corner part of the strut timbering 1, one end of the extension member 30 is connected to one wale 11 by a horizontally rotatable pin hinge 32 and the like, and one end of the preload jack 31 is connected to the other wale 11 by the horizontally rotatable pin hinge 32 and the like.
