The corpuscular beam treatment apparatus comprises a charged particle beam generator 1 for emitting ion beams, irradiation devices 15A-15C and 16 for irradiating an object of irradiation with ion beams emitted from the charged particle beam generator 1, beam transport systems 4, 5A-5D for transporting ion beams emitted from the charged particle beam generator 1 to the irradiation devices 15A-15C and 16, and a central control device 100 for organizing command data for commanding excitation currents of electromagnets mounted in the charged beam generator 1 and the beam transport systems 4, 5A-5D respectively with group 1 data and group 2 data.
