PURPOSE: To relax and correct a bending tendency with a simple and low-cost mechanism by providing at least a pair of rollers for giving tensile force to a sheet of paper and a pair of rollers for giving deforming force thereto from both sides among plural sets of conveying rollers.
CONSTITUTION: When a sheet of paper A is held simultaneously between conveying rollers 7, 8 and between conveying rollers 9, 10, the shaft of paper A is subjected to tensile force between these rollers and, at the same time, it is deformed along the curvature of the conveying roller 9 while being subjected to the tensile force from the conveying roller 9 caused by the speed difference (V2-V1) between the conveying rollers 9, 10. Thereby, a sheet of paper having a bending tendency is subjected to stress larger than the yield point of the bending-tendency part and deformed in such a way that the degree of bending tendency is reduced. And, the sheets of paper A of which the bending tendency is relaxed are sent into between the vanes of an impeller 15 in order by means of send-in rollers 13, 14, carried along with the rotation of the impeller 15 until they are brought into contact with a stopper 16, and allowed to fall into a housing container and housed in it.
