Title:
CORRECTING MACHINE FOR ACUTE ANGLE OF EDGE BENT PART OF PRINTING PLATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3435396
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly provide a correcting machine capable of applying simple and sure correction of an acute angle to an edge bent part of a printing plate.
SOLUTION: In the correcting machine for the acute angle of the edge bent part of the printing plate, a narrow-strip-shaped ruler is provided in projection on the top surface of a flat working stage and a round shaft is stretched between bearings holding the ruler between. The main body for the acute angle correction being rotatable to open and close in the longitudinal direction is so fitted to the round shaft as to move reciprocally, and a guide piece running inside the ruler in parallel therewith and having slant for guiding and a roller for the acute angle correction are provided on the inner surface of the main body that faces the working stage. While the edge bent part of the printing plate made of a soft resin, which is bent temporarily at an angle of about 90 degrees, is put on the ruler, one end of the edge bent part is bent and held fixedly by a stopper provided inside one end of the ruler. Then, the main body for the acute angle correction is rotated to close and the roller for the acute angle correction continuous to the guide piece is made to run on the edge bent part from the stopper side, so as to squeeze the edge bent part for correction to be of an acute angle.
