Title:
CORRECTING METHOD OF OUTPUT VALUE OF BRIDGE CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH03257301
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To correct an output value of a bridge circuit without physically breaking a resistance body by cutting the correction resistance body through electrolytic corrosion. CONSTITUTION:An insulating layer 3 is formed on a metallic or glass substrate 2, onto which strain gauge resistance bodies R1, R2, R3, R4 and correction resistance bodies r1, r2, r3, r4 of amorphous metal are layered, whereby a sensing part 1 is formed. A bridge circuit is constituted by connecting each resistance body and each correction resistance body with electrodes 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. An error of a resistance value is detected by impressing a predetermined voltage to the circuit, and a correction resistance body to be cut is selected. For instance, if the correction resistance body r1 is selected, after a drop of water 9 is dropped onto the correction resistance body r1, and probe pins 11 and 12 are respectively brought into contact with the water drop 9 and electrode 4, a predetermined voltage is impressed to cause electrolytic corrosion to the correction resistance body r. Therefore, the circuit simulates the state of being cut. After making corrections, the sensing part 1 is cleaned and subjected to moisture-proof coating. Accordingly, the resistance value of the circuit can be corrected without a cutting process.
