Abstract:
PURPOSE: To correct deviation in position due to the linearity error of tablet of resistance film system.
CONSTITUTION: The input area of a table 11 is divided into plural area, and the data of the deviation of the position in every area is stored in a ROM 15 as table information. A CPU 14 detects in which area of the tablet 11 coordinate-inputted data exists, and fetches the table information in a corresponding area from the ROM 15, and corrects the coordinate-inputted data by using the table information.
