Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction method for a calculated torque of a hydraulic motor that allows a relationship between the calculated torque and a measured torque to be derived accurately and conditions of the hydraulic motor and a reduction gear to be determined automatically.SOLUTION: A control current corresponding to a calibration pilot pressure among a plurality of calibration pilot pressures is output from current setting means to a solenoid control valve. A torque to be output by a hydraulic motor is calculated based on a displacement volume of the hydraulic motor corresponding to the calibration pilot pressure and a supply pressure detected by supply pressure detection means. A torque correction coefficient is calculated by comparing the calculated torque with a measured torque, and the calculated torque correction coefficient is stored in correspondence with the calibration pilot pressure. The processes are repeated sequentially for each of the calibration pilot pressures, and a correction coefficient corresponding to each of the calibration pilot pressure is calculated and stored. The situation is determined to be abnormal when the correction coefficient deviates from a proper correction coefficient range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
