Abstract:
To provide a correlated doubling sampling circuit which improves S/N ratio.
The correlated doubling sampling circuit is provided with an amplifier circuit and a comparator. In the amplifier circuit, an input signal is received, correlated doubling sampling of the input signal is performed, scalloping of the input signal which is generated as the result is made to amplify n times, and its result is outputted. In the comparator, reference voltage and a signal outputted from the amplifier circuit are received, difference of them are compared, and the comparison result is outputted. A ramp signal generator which generates a ramp signal is also installed. The reference voltage is initial voltage of the ramp signal generator.
