To enable a medical worker to easily determine whether there is a patient to be rescued without entering each ward to confirm one by one in an emergency such as a fire while minimizing the power consumption of a corridor lamp supplied with electric power from a battery.
Nothing is displayed on a display part 5 at the occurrence of an electric service interruption. When a display operating part 6 is operated in this state, patient information on an unrescued patient who is to be rescued, and rescue information showing to the effect of needing rescue, are displayed on the display part 5. When a registration operating part 7 is operated in this state, nothing is displayed on the display part 5. A display can thereby be made when confirming whether there is the patient to be rescued, and the power consumption of the corridor lamp 1 can be minimized. The medical worker can confirm whether there is the patient to be rescued only by looking at the display part 5.
