Abstract:
In a step S101, the coefficient of permeability of soil to be estimated is measured (first step). In the step S101, what is known as a water permeability test is carried out. Next, in a step S102, the soil resistivity of the soil is measured (second step). Then, in a step S103, corrosion is estimated from the measured coefficient of permeability and soil resistivity (third step). In the corrosion estimation (third step), a temporal change in the corrosion speed until damp soil reaches a soil moisture content of 0% is estimated from the coefficient of permeability and soil resistivity. This estimated temporal change includes an initial corrosion speed, a corrosion speed increase time, and a maximum corrosion speed.
