Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion fatigue composite test apparatus that can change the environmental conditions and stress load conditions during the test as needed and efficiently evaluate the corrosion characteristics and fatigue characteristics with high precision, and a corrosion fatigue composite test method using these.SOLUTION: The corrosion fatigue composite test apparatus 10 comprises rotation control means 20 for rotating test pieces A1 and A2 being capable of changing the speed with one end of the bar-like test pieces A1 and A2 to be supported axially rotatable, load control means 30 for loading and unloading the load on the other end of the test pieces A1 and A2, etching fluid control means 40 for dropping and stopping the corrosive solution to the test pieces A1 and A2, environment control means 50 for controlling the test environment exposing the test pieces A1 and A2, cooling means 60 for cooling the test pieces A1 and A2 and control means for individually controlling them.
