To prepare the subject cement capable of securely filling up narrow cracks and hollow parts below surface and capable of durable corrosion inhibition at the same time by including a corrosion inhibitor containing an amino compound and/or a hydroxyamino compound.

This corrosion inhibitor-containing cement for injection is produced by blending a corrosion inhibitor before or after crushing cement, or just before using the cement for injection. An amino compound included in the corrosion inhibitor is esp. pref. N,N-dimethylethanolamine, N- methyldiethanolamine and mono-, di- and triethanol. The corrosion inhibitor is, if needed, neutralized by at least one acid which is esp. pref. phosphonic acid, benzoic acid, or the like. The amino compound or the hydreoxyamino compound is included in a content of 0.2-2 wt.% based on the cement for injection.
