To make it possible to improve the adhesion of a petrolatum anticorrosive material to a steel pipe body or a bottom side wall surface of a recess bottom part, for preventing the exterior wall surface of a steel pipe sheet pile wall from being corroded.
An exterior wall surface 9a of a steel pipe sheet pile wall 9 is covered by a plurality of anticorrosion covers 11 each composed of a petrolatum anticorrosive layer 13 brought into contact with the exterior wall surface 9a of the steel pipe sheet pile wall 9 and an anticorrosive metal plate 17 outside the petrolatum anticorrosive layer with a cushioning material 15 interposed therebetween. The plurality of anticorrosion covers 11 are fixed, with side end side parts thereof overlapped with each other in a concave bottom section 6 formed between adjacent steel pipe bodies 5. Tensile force in a circumferential direction is introduced into the cross-section arc-shaped anticorrosive metal plates 17 of the anticorrosion covers 11 covering an outer peripheral surface 5a of the steel pipe bodies 5 by a tension introduction device 31 provided in the concave bottom section 6.
