To control generation of a laitance layer on an interface of duplicate layers by a method wherein an adhesion layer adjusted to a viscosity within a specific range is provided, and a resin layer or the like containing emulsion of emulsified copolymer having a glass transition temperature within a specific range, which is composed of a monomer within a specific range, is provided thereon.
Emulsion I, an adhesion layer composed of cement or the like, and a resin layer or the like composed of emulsion A or the like are provided on an inner surface of a concrete layer. The emulsion I is formed wherein 85 to 99.5 wt.% of one or more kinds are employed from (meth)acrylic monomer of under 1 g/100 g water of solubility in water at 25°C, further 0.5 to 15 wt.% of one or more kinds are used form α or β-unsaturated carboxylic acid, they are emulsification polymerized, and adjusted to -35 to 50°C of glass transition temperature, and 200 to 10000 cP of viscosity. The emulsion A is formed in the almost same method as the method for forming the emulsion I, however, 35 to 85 wt.% of vinyl chloride and 14.5 to 50 wt.% of (meth)acrylic monomer are employed.
