PURPOSE: To enhance adhesiveness, water resistance and alkali resistance, in the laminate consisting of a main material layer, an adhesive layer and a cloth layer constructed on a concrete structure, by embedding the cloth layer in the adhesive layer and containing cloth having specific elongation in the cloth layer.
CONSTITUTION: A primer layer 2 and a main material layer 3 having a cloth layer 4 embedded therein are formed on a concrete structure 1 and a finish material layer 5 is further formed on the main material layer 3. The cloth layer 4 is perfectly embedded in the main material layer 3 or partially exposed from said main material layer 3. The primer layer 2 is not necessary required according to the state of the concrete structure. The finish material layer 5 may be omitted but said layer 5 is pref. provided from the viewpoint of the enhancement of appearance and light fastness. The cloth layer is formed using cloth prepared by weaving a fiber having elongation of 5% or more. As the material quality of the cloth layer, a nylon resin or an acrylic resin is designated. The main material layer is formed from a composition prepared by containing a curing agent such as hardly water-soluble polyamine in an epoxy resin containing an urethane modified epoxy resin.
