PURPOSE: To make high waterproof adhesion strength between a colored coating film and a polyolefine layer cross-linked by electron beam by laminating a colored coating material after a modified polyolefine primer is applied to the surface of a steel sheet pile coated with a polyolefine cross-linked by electron beam.
CONSTITUTION: While an undercoated steel sheet pile 9 is transported by a table roller 8 and heated, a laminate sheet consisting of a modified polyolefine 4 containing 0.05-5.0wt.% antioxidant and polyolefine 5 cross-linked by electron beam is stuck to the surface of the web part to coat it. When the surface temperature of the steel sheet pile 9 is equal to or higher than 120°C, a modified polyolefine primer 6 is applied to the web part 10 and a flange part 11 by a modified polyolefine primer applying apparatus 12. Then, a colored coating material 7 such as various kinds of fluoro-based, acrylic-silicone-based, acrylic- urethane-based coating materials is applied.
