To perovide a corrugated board cushion which can be easily fabricated for protecting a product from external shocks with the ends on the right and left or the upside and downside of the product fitted therein and held therewith when the product is to be packed in a corrugated board box.

Two slits 12 are provided at faces connected to both ends of a bottom plate 10 and form structural parts when being folded down, namely the end wall faces 11, so as to extend toward the front of each of the end wall faces, and portions respectively interposed between the side edge of the end wall face 11 and each of the slits 12 are folded in two respectively at intermediary inside folding creases g, g, and thereby the portion interposed between the two slits 12 is folded at an outside folding crease a and inside folding creases b, c, and a tubular structural part X1 in a right-angled triangular section is formed. Furthermore, folding-down is made at inside folding creases d, e, f and a tubular structural part Y in a rectangular section enclosing the structural part X1 as a reinforcement member is formed, and thereby three- dimensional end walls 18 are formed. Side wall faces 13 connecting to the bottom plate 10 are also folded down to become side walls 17, and thereby the corrugated board cushion 1 is formed.
