Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely separate a loading corrugated board sheet into a batch of the predetermined sheet number.SOLUTION: A corrugated board sheet carton former comprises a sheet feed device, a processing device for applying predetermined processing to a corrugated board sheet, a folder gluer adhered by bending the corrugated board sheet in a box shape, a counter ejector for loading a box-shaped corrugated board sheet and separating the loaded corrugated board sheet into a batch of the predetermined sheet number, a speed setting part for setting a sheet feed speed and a control device for controlling at least the sheet feed device. The control device executes sheet feed control processing for controlling the sheet feed device so that sheet feed operation for feeding one corrugated board sheet is continuously repeated by the predetermined sheet number of the batch and sheet feed stopping control processing for controlling the sheet feed device so that the sheet feed operation is stopped at least once after executing the sheet feed control processing when the sheet feed speed exceeds an allowable speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 32
