Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comprehensively consider merits and demerits on a conventional core of which an angle of a louver is constant, regarding heat transfer of a core having a fin that is cut and raised only in one direction so that a cut-and-raised angle of a louver gradually changes (gradually reduces or gradually increases) monotonously.SOLUTION: Merits resulting from reduction of a ventilation failure region and demerits resulting from reduction of an effective route length are quantified and then compared to each other, thereby finding out a specification range in which heat transfer is comprehensively improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
