PURPOSE: To easily manufacture a tube, easily and assuredly connect corrugated pipes by only heating for a fixed time regardless of the size of the pipe, in a method wherein connection of corrugated pipes is performed by heating and fusing a tube to be inserted into a corrugated rib of butted corrugated pipes.
CONSTITUTION: A tube 1 molded by extruding a thermoplastic or thermosetting resin which contains ferrite powder mixed therein is cut by a corrugated rib, which is inserted in the corrugated rib of butted corrugated pipes by covering the whole periphery in a state crushed flatly. Thereafter, a joint part of the corrugated pipes is fixed by clamps applied from the inside and the outside. Thereafter, 1-400kHz of alternating field is generated by an induction heating device 4 so as to heat the tube 1. Thus, the circular form of the tube 1 is restored and melted, and adhered with pressure to the corrugated rib of the corrugated pipes 2 and an inner wall so as to fuse.
