A corrugated tube cutter includes: a tube feed mechanism 30 for feeding the corrugated tube along a predetermined supply path P; a guide mechanism 60 provided on the downstream of the tube feed mechanism 30; an unevenness detection part 50 provided on the guide mechanism 60 for detecting an uneven state of the corrugated tube; and a cutting mechanism 80 for cutting the corrugated tube at an annular protruding part in conjunction with detection timing of the unevenness by the detection part 50. The guide mechanism 60 has a pair of guide roller mechanisms 62A and 62B. Each of the guide roller mechanisms 62A and 62B has a plurality of guide rollers 63A and 63B, a synchronizing pulley 64A for synchronizing rotation, and a timing belt 65A and is structured to be capable of being rotated in association with the feed of the corrugated tube.
