PURPOSE: To provide a corrugated-tube fitting jig which can coat a corrugated tube with high workability at the time of manufacturing a wire harness regardless of the thickness of a bundle of electrical wires or presence/absence of an expanded part in the bundle.
CONSTITUTION: Rollers 2 and 2 are rotatably arranged on both sides 12 and 12 of the bottom section 11 of a U-shaped jig body 11 so as to make a jig G easily movable against a bundle of electrical wires. The rollers 2 and 2 are swingable in the direction perpendicular to the bundle and can be fitted to the front end of an arm forced in the direction of the bundle. Since the jig G can be easily moved against the bundle due to the rollers 2 and 2, a corrugated tube can be coated with high workability. When the rollers 2 and 2 are fitted to the front end of the arm, especially, the workability can be improved further, because the jig G can flexibly cope with the thickness of the bundle and an expanded part, etc., produced in the bundle.
