Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Corson alloy having excellent flexure processability and high Young modulus in a rolling orthogonal direction and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a Corson alloy which is a rolling material containing one or more kind of Ni and Co of 0.8 to 5.0 mass%, Si of 0.2 to 1.5 mass% and the balance copper with inevitable impurities and has I/I≥1.0 on a surface of the rolling steel and I/I+I/I≥1.0 on a cross section with a depth of 45 to 55% to a sheet thickness, where Iand Iare diffraction integral strength of a (hkl) face calculated by an X-ray diffraction to the rolling material and a steel powder respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
