Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator facilitating the application of cosmetic to fine parts.SOLUTION: This cosmetic applicator 10 is used for applying viscous liquid cosmetic to the eyelashes and/or the eyebrows. This applicator 10 has an application part 12 extending in its longitudinal direction at the tip of a support shaft 11. The application part 12 has a base 13, multiple projections 14 erected thereon, and/or a plurality of grooves 15 recessedly formed on the base 13. The plurality of projections 14 or the grooves 15 positioned at the tip area in the application part 12 form an angle not less than 0° and less than 60°C relative to the longitudinal direction of the support shaft 11. The projections and/or the grooves positioned at an area adjoining to the tip area in the application part 12 preferably form an angle not less than 60° and not more than 160° relative to the longitudinal direction of the support shaft 11.
