PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replaceable cosmetic applicator usable by replacing a cosmetic applicator used by another person for a new applicator.SOLUTION: A cosmetic applicator includes; a cap of a cosmetic agent storage part 3 in which a cosmetic agent to be applied to the human skin is stored; and an application rod attached to the cap by press fitting, and adhering the cosmetic agent to an application part provided on the tip by fastening the cap to the cosmetic agent storage part 3.
