To provide a cosmetic belt that can instantaneously stretch wrinkles and sagging in cheeks, a chin, a mouth, a neck, etc., and that makes the wearer look natural in the appearance when he or she goes out with the belt attached.

The cosmetic belt includes: a long and elongated strip of belt body 1 and hook-and-loop fasteners 3a, 3b provided on both longitudinal-direction ends of the belt body 1. The belt body 1 has elastic side parts 12a, 12b joined on both sides of a nonelastic base part 11 in the longitudinal-direction center part. Also, on the rear sides of the side parts 12a, 12b, there are provided two adhesive members 2 respectively. In addition, a thin piece of cloth 4 playing a role as a scarf is provided on the front side of the base part 11. The cosmetic belt B1 is wrapped around the neck while the belt is extended with the adhesive members 2 on the body side, and the hook-and-loop fasteners 3a, 3b on both ends of the belt body 11 are connected in the back of the neck.
