It is also constituted of a brush portion 30 having an engagement projection in the inside central part; and a cylindrical lock body 40 fixed to the bottom end of the first cylinder member, provided with prescribed-length inside projections each having an engagement groove to be engaged with one end of the projection of the brush portion in the bottom end, at prescribed intervals and formed with a through hole in the bottom.
