This cosmetic composition is characterized by comprising collagen and a raw sugar extract. The raw sugar extract is preferably a phenylglucose compound. The phenylglucose compound preferably comprises one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of 2,5-dimethoxyphenyl-4'-O-D-glucose, 3,4-dimethoxyphenyl-4'-O-D-glucose, and 2,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-4'-O-D-glucose. The collagen is preferably hydrolyzed collagen and/or water-soluble collagen.
