To obtain a composition provided as a compact powder form, used as a make-up and/or skin care, especially for face care, especially having non-treating care and/or treatment characteristics. especially reducing so called oily skin shine, and/or improving the long time-lasting power of the make up, i.e., aiming at the prevention of the make-up from apparent smear throughout a whole day and capable of constituting e.g. a facial powder make-up product.

This cosmetic composition of a compact powder form for make-up and/or skin care contains at least one compound absorbing and/or adsorbing sebum and at least one fat phase, and the fat phase contains a solid fat phase by >40 wt. % amount to the total weight.
