To provide a cosmetic container with a multiple compact excellent in appearance.SOLUTION: A cylindrical installation part 11 of a transparent resin material is inserted into a colored cylindrical cover member 12 so as to make a projection 13 of an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical installation part 11 invisible from the lateral side of the cylindrical cover member 12. Further, light from the lateral side of the cylindrical cover member 12 is blocked by the cylindrical cover member 12. Light entering through a cylinder 8 of a transparent resin material is absorbed by a colored shaft part 4f inserted into the cylindrical installation part 11 so as to greatly reduce a quantity of light. Light entering from the cylinder 8, irregularly reflected in the cylindrical installation part 11 and a slide groove 14 extending in an axial direction between the colored cylindrical cover member 12 and the shaft part 4f, and reaching the projection 13 positioned at an end side opposite to the cylinder 8 of the cylindrical installation part 11 is shut and absorbed by the colored cylindrical cover member 12 on the outside, the colored shaft part 4f on the inside, and a colored surface 4g on a shaft part side of a flange part 4a positioned behind the projection 13 so as to make the projection 13 hardly visible from a top surface 9 side of the cylinder 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
