This cosmetic cream having physically therapeutic activities is obtained by mixing 4wt.% mixture of 70-90wt.% CHINJU rock powder, 20-7wt.% tantalum oxide (Ta2O5) and 10-3wt.% niobium having (Nb2O5), capable of irradiating far infrareds rays with other mixing materials for a cosmetic cream and stirring the mixture to be uniform. CHINJU rock in included in a volcanic rock and comprises 73.41% SiO2, 12.34% Al2O3, 2.27% Fe2O3, 2.95% sodium oxide, 5.33% potassium oxide and 3.70% crystal water.
