Abstract:

To prepare a stable gelled cosmetic and/or to obtain a dermatological composition in the presence of a hydroxy urea compound.

The cosmetic and/or the dermatological composition contains at least 1 kind of compound expressed by formula (I) [wherein, R1 to R4 are independent each other and are each H, a 1-4C alkyl or a 2-6C hydroxyalkyl capable of containing 1-5 hydroxy groups, and at least one of the R1 to R4 expresses a hydroxyalkyl], a salt, a solvated substance and an isomer thereof, and at least 1 kind of a polymer containing at least 1 kind of a monomer containing a sulfone group in an aqueous medium. The use of the cosmetic or dermatological composition especially for caring, treating, cleansing or making up the skin or mucosa is also provided.
