To provide a cosmetic disposable nonwoven cloth by which an applied cosmetic substance and a removed cosmetic substance can be impregnated upon applying the cosmetic substance to a human body or upon removing the cosmetic substance applied to the human body, a proper stimulating sensation can be applied to the human body, and the cosmetic substance can be highly effectively removed while keeping a good touching feeling to the human body.

The cosmetic disposable nonwoven cloth 1 comprises a hydrophilic fiber and/or a hydrophobic fiber used when applying the cosmetic substance to the human body or when removing the cosmetic substance applied to the human body as a base material, and has hair implanting parts 3 in the front face and/or the back face of the cosmetic disposable nonwoven cloth, wherein at least one face of the faces having the hair implanting parts is partially implanted with hair.
