PURPOSE: The titled composition, obtained by incorporating specific many components, e.g. a surfactant, glycol, silicone, wax, etc. therein, having a low viscosity stable to temperature, and useful effectively for makeup, etc. stably without separating the composition even in storage and use.

CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic ink obtained by incorporating 0.06W4.5wt% fat or oil with 0.06W2.0wt% wax, 0.05W1.0wt% silicone, 0.06W2.5wt% hydrocarbon, 0.06W 2.5wt% fatty acid, e.g. lauric acid or lanolin fatty acid, 0.04W2.0wt% oil-soluble alcohol, e.g. stearyl alcohol, 0.06W5.5wt% ester, e.g. isopropyl palmitate, 0.04W 9.0wt% surfactant, 0.16W12.0wt% glycol, 1.0W12.0wt% dyestuff, e.g. 1.0W6.0wt% organic dyestuff or 4.0W12.0wt% inorganic dyestuff, and the remainder of water, and if desired 0.06W1.3wt% water-soluble high polymer, 5.0W10.0wt% water-soluble alcohol and 1.0W10.0wt% film-forming high polymer.
