PURPOSE: To obtain a cosmetic material for removing wrinkle and flabbiness, free from unnatural stretch of skin and extreme formation of a membrane, capable of preventing occurrence of chapped skin and stain, capable of stretching wrinkle by mild action and having no feeling of physical disorder in applying to face, etc.

CONSTITUTION: This cosmetic material contains 1.5-4wt.% of deoxyribonucleic acid, 1-10wt.% of collagen and further, 2-10wt.% of hyaluronic acid and l-10wt.% of chitonic acid as humectant and 0.5-2wt.% of carboxyvinyl polymer as a gel-forming base.
