Abstract:
To provide a cosmetic puff preventing a pile from coming off from the peripheral edge part of the cosmetic puff, and to provide a production method of the cosmetic puff, capable of smoothly performing a processing step without causing re-melting of an adhesive.SOLUTION: A cosmetic puff A which has a two-layer structure comprising a front layer part 10 and a rear layer part 20 is such that: the front layer part 10 is composed of a single side pile fabric having a cut pile 11 to be a cosmetic application part at a front side; a rear surface in which the cut pile 11 of the single side pile fabric is not formed, and the one surface of the rear layer part 20 are bonded by a responsible hot-melt adhesive (adhesive layer 31); and a round corner 33 is formed in the circumference of the rear layer part 20 bonded by melting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
