To prepare a cosmetic which exhibits a high suppressing effect on forming creases by a complex action caused by combined use of a tripeptide having a molecular weight of about 280 and glycine as the N-terminal amino acid obtained by specifically decomposing a raw material containing a low-molecular collagen, especially a collagen component or a gelatin component with collagenase and a plurality of specific compounds.
This cosmetic comprises the low-molecular weight collagen obtained by the hydrolysis with an enzyme, a vitamin C derivative, a methacryloylphosophorylcholine copolymer, and an Akebia stem extract. The content of each of the components is as follows. The low-molecular weight collagen: 0.05-0.50 mass%; the vitamin C derivative: 0.01-0.30 mass%; the methacryloylphosophorylcholine copolymer: 0.025-0.050 mass%; and the Akebia stem extract: 0.0025-0.025 mass%.
