Abstract:
To obtain a cosmetic having an enhanced infrared effect, charged particle irradiation effect and ultraviolet cutting effect.
The cosmetic is properly mixed with diamond powder synthesized by a shock wave and a specific infrared wavelength and charged particle irradiation properties caused by the semiconductor characteristics of the diamond are used. If necessary, inorganic oxide powder is added to the cosmetic to give characteristics effective as a cosmetic such as a foundation, powder, gel, lipstick, eye shadow, manicure, etc.
