To provide a cosmetic capable of producing a uniform cosmetic film, which exhibits excellent adherence and spreads well, and in particular preventing occurrence of an unnatural cosmetic film caused by a powder treated with a hydrophobizing agent, by which adherence is disadvantageously varied greatly between a part wherein adherence of a cosmetic film to skin is reduced and lost after a lapse of time and a part wherein adherence of a cosmetic film remains, that is, a cosmetic producing a lasting uniform cosmetic film without causing apparent deterioration in makeup after a lapse of time and achieving excellent durability of makeup.
The cosmetic includes a combination of following components (a) to (c): (a) a specific silicone phosphotriester; (b) a powder having the surface treated with a hydrophobizing agent; (c) one or more liquid oils selected from an ester oil, a hydrocarbon oil, and a silicone oil. In this way, the cosmetic can produce the uniform cosmetic film exhibiting excellent adherence, spreading well, and lasting without causing apparent deterioration in makeup after a lapse of time, and achieves excellent durability of makeup.
