Abstract:
To provide an emulsion cosmetic containing a high proportion of tranexamic acid and/or niacin amide, wherein the cosmetic has a fresh use feeling when applied on skin, spreads well over the skin and agrees well with the skin, but it does not make the skin sticky after its application, offering favorable smoothness.SOLUTION: An emulsion cosmetic contains (A) 0.5-2 mass% of tranexamic acid and/or 3-10 mass% of niacin amide, (B) oil containing one or more selected from silicone oil with a kinematic viscosity of 50 cSt or less and caprylic/capric triglyceride, (C) 1.5-6.5 mass% of silica, (D) ethanol, (E) polyhydric alcohol, and (F) water.SELECTED DRAWING: None
