Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a cosmetic composition having an ultraviolet ray blocking function; and a cosmetic product comprising a water-insoluble sponge impregnated with the cosmetic composition, and has an effect of alleviating the problem of a ultraviolet ray blocking agent being absorbed into the water-insoluble sponge, thereby completely exhibiting the ultraviolet ray blocking effect (ultraviolet ray protection factor/rating) which is predictable from the ultraviolet ray blocking agent contained in the cosmetic composition.
