Abstract:
To provide a sun screening stick and a make-up material so-called as an eyebrow pencil, a kohl pencil, an eye shadow pencil, an eyeliner pencil, a concealing pencil, a powder stick and other equal products or a cosmetic stick.
The cosmetics or dermatologic stick preparation comprises an oil in water type micro dispersion system includes a) an oil phase comprising 10-70 wt.% based on the whole oil phase of an oil and/or wax component having melting point ≥40°C, b) water phase, c) one or more kind of modified phyllosilicates having both hydrophilicity and lipophilic property accordingly having amphipathic property and locating selves on a water/oil boundary and d) 0.5 wt.% ≥ of one or more kind of emulsifiers.
