PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that makes it possible to propose which cost reduction measure should be selected from among a plurality of cost reduction measures.SOLUTION: A cost reduction measures proposal device has a cost reduction measures output part 230 which selects a cost reduction measure on the basis of at least any one or more of a ratio of a consumption amount by a single-phase three-wire to the entire power consumption amount, an R average voltage of an R-phase of the single-phase three-wire, a T average voltage in a T-phase of the single-phase three-wire, and a difference between an R average current value in the R-phase of the single-phase three-wire and a T average current value in the T-phase of the single-phase three-wire. The cost reduction measures output part 230 outputs cost reduction measures proposal information including at least any one or more of a cost reduction amount by introducing the selected cost reduction measure, an introduction cost in the case of introducing the cost reduction measure, and years for collecting an installation cost which is obtained by dividing the introduction cost by the cost reduction amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
