PURPOSE: To simply produce the cotton paper capable of being suitably utilized as a substitute of paper by effectively utilizing cotton fibers, especially waste cotton generated on the production of cotton products.

CONSTITUTION: Cotton fibers having an average fiber length of ≥6mm are separated from cotton, and the cotton fibers as a main component are processed into the cotton paper by a wet type paper production method using a binder without changing the cotton fibers into fibrils.
