Abstract:
To provide a teller system that smoothly handles a cash trouble when a cash processor is provided on the side of a customer.
The teller system comprises: a teller terminal provided on the teller side; a cash processor provided on the customer side to be controlled on the basis of an operation of the teller terminal by a teller; an imaging means for imaging a status of the customer; and a storage device. The teller terminal stores the operation of the cash processor in association with an image captured by the photographing means, in the storage device, when the customer picks up cash from the cash processor or when the customer inserts cash into the cash processor.
