PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cam mechanism whole weight of which is reduced and which is down-sized.SOLUTION: A cam mechanism comprises: a driver unit which is pressed down by descent of a movable metal mold; a circular arc-shaped movement transmission member which transmits downward movement of the driver unit and has an upper surface part and a lower surface part both of which have a circular peripheral surface; a vertical slide unit having a tool fixing surface, to a rear end part of which an end of the circular arc-shaped movement transmission member is slidably contacted or connected, which is reciprocated in a predetermined direction and to a tip of which a tool is fixed; a holder unit which guides and supports the circular arc-shaped movement transmission member by a curve surface sliding part having a slide curve surface; and a guide part which contacts an upper surface part of the circular arc-shaped movement transmission member and so guides the circular arc-shaped movement transmission member that a lower surface part of the circular arc-shaped movement transmission member is not deviated from the slide curve surface.
