PURPOSE: To rapidly and precisely count and discharge pachinko balls by providing a plurality of ball isolating rotors for discharging even number or odd number of pachinko balls respectively as units and a stopping mechanism therefor and controlling the rotation and stop of the respective ball isolating rotors.
CONSTITUTION: A pachinko ball counter 1 is connected to the lower end of a guide passage 3 to receive pachinko balls 5. In this case, a plurality of ball isolating rotors 7b are provided at the center of a base 4 formed in the shape of H viewed in side elevation by a partition plate 20 so that odd number or even number of pachinko balls 5 are isolated, counted and discharged while rotating because of the tare weight of the pachinko balls through a fixed shaft 10 supported by a support member 8. For example, the ball isolating rotor 7b for even number of balls is provided with four ball receiving parts 6b by partition walls 22b so as to isolate every two balls. As a stop mechanism of the ball isolating rotors 7b, a plurality of cut-out parts 23b formed at specific intervals on a side wall 23 and stop plates 25b respectively engaging with and disengaging from them are provided.
