This counter is provided with a hopper part to set a target print paper sheet bundle, a mechanism to carry print paper sheets set by the hooper part one by one, a conveyance path formed along a driving roller following the hooper part, an identifier sensor group and a count sensor installed along the conveyance path, a rotary burn mechanism installed following the conveyance path, a stacker for authentic slips and a housing part for suspicious slips installed in proximity to the rotary burn mechanism and a mechanism to distribute the carried print paper sheets to the stocker for authentic slips and the housing part of suspicious slips.
