To provide a novel system enabling appropriate customer reception work by changing the height of a counter table for reception corresponding to circumstances.
The counter table 3 is arranged in a store operating business by a customer and an employee meeting face to face, a management device 1 of customers requiring reception is provided for grasping the number of waiting customers not dealt with and expecting reception in the store, and a raising/lowering device 5 is provided for raising or lowering the counter table 3 corresponding to the number of customers not dealt with grasped by the management device 1 of customers requiring reception, which are electrically connected. The management device 1 of customers requiring reception comprises a ticket issuing device 2 of customers waiting for reception, which is used for counting the number of customers requiring reception; a sensing device 4 of customers already dealt with for counting the number of customers already gotten reception, a calculation part 7 of customers not dealt with for processing the number of waiting customers not dealt with based on the difference between the number of customers counted by the ticket issuing device 2 and the number of customers counted by the sensing device 4 of customers already dealt with; and a raising/lowering instruction part 8 for instructing the raising/lowering device 5 to raise or lower the counter table 3 if the number of waiting customers not dealt with exceeds a specified reference value.
