Title:
COUNTING MACHINE FOR PAPER OR THE LIKE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3631040
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a counting machine for paper or the like to appropriately discriminate paper or the like even when the position of an actuating piece varies.
SOLUTION: A counting machine for paper or the like is provided with a working piece 25 installed to a rotary cylinder 21, a rotary cylinder position detecting means 26 which detects the working piece 25, and a control means (CPU) which controls the reflected light pattern detecting timing of a light receiving means 28 on the basis of the detecting timing of the working piece 25 by the detecting means 26. The CPU calculates the positional relation between paper or the like and a sucking means 22 on the basis of the reflected light pattern detected by means of the light receiving means 28 at the detecting timing of the working piece 25 by the detecting means 26 and, at the same time, corrects and controls the reflected light pattern detecting timing of the light receiving means 28 with respect to the detecting timing of the working piece 25 by means of the detecting means 26 based on the positional relation.
